"My son had his first ever dental appointment yesterday at First Step Dental. Every single staff member we encountered was absolutely wonderful! From our check-in at reception, to our hygienist and dentist, the experience was great. We did have a bit of a wait but they were apologetic and thanked us for our patience. The facility is wonderful and tailored to kids so my 2.5 year old was loving it. And I truly appreciated the patience of the dentist with my "singing" son during the exam. I was extremely happy with our experience and am glad we chose First Step Dental for our son."

"Girls in the front are always a delight to speak with and bring a smile to the conversation. Office staff works with patients to accommodate their schedule as best possible. Office is set up as kid friendly and they play a movie while treatment is happening to distract the child and help with anxiety. As a parent I'm appreciative of how they treat my children as well. Whenever I bring him here he gets scared but they always make him feel comfortable and ask him questions and reassure him they aren’t going to hurt him etc. I love how they handle his situation."
